Freshly Made Sketches #482

Hey Everyone

It’s time for a new sketch challenge at Freshly Made Sketches. This weeks cool sketch has been designed by our wonderfully talented NZer, Karren Johnson. Pop over to Karren’s blog and see what she’s designed with her sketch:

When you have a weekend away and that’s your usual crafting time, you go quick and easy by colouring some DSP and fussy cutting the images out. The designers series paper I’ve used is from the True Love DSP pack. The blends I coloured my images with were the Balmy Blue Blends. I then took the Light Night of Navy Blend to the centre of the flower to add some depth. The leaves have been coloured with the Mint Macaron Blends.

I wanted a birthday sentiment, so I’ve added one from the Peaceful Moments Stamp Set.

The team at Freshly Made Sketches have created awesome and totally different cards with Karren’s sketch. Pop over to Freshly Made Sketches and check them out.

Thanks for stopping by.

Cheers

Freshly Made Sketches #469

Hey Everyone

It’s time for anew sketch at Freshly Made Sketches. This week our sketch designer is the wonderfully talented Kim Singdahlsen. Take a look at her fab sketch:

I loved Kim sketch as soon as I saw it. I’ve chosen to decorate my strips of DSP with an image cut from the True Love Designer Series Paper. I gave the flowers some colour with a combination of Highland Heather and Rich Razzleberry Blends. The leaves have been coloured with Mint Macaron Blends.

The team at Freshly Made Sketches have created wonderful cards with this sketch. Pop over to the challenge and see what they’ve created.

Thanks for stopping by.

Cheers
