Hey Everyone
This weeks challenge at Just Add Ink was suggested by Rochelle – take a look at the pretty colours she has given us to use:
As colour challenges still scare me, I searched around for a sketch that I could use for the layout. This weeks Mojo Monday sketch really appealed to me.
I finally put in a Stampin’ Up! order and just received Butterfly Basics. I really love this pretty flower. I can see it’s going to be my go-to flower stamp for a while. Here’s my card:
We would love for you to join us with this weeks colour challenge. For some inspiration, head over to Just Add Ink and take a look at the cards the Design Team have created.
Thanks for stopping by.
Cheers
Narelle
Very pretty. Great coloring of that pretty flower.
Lovely card Narelle, very sweet!!!
Narelle I love how you have paired this geometric paper with the soft and pretty flowers!!
You? Afraid of color challenges? Say it isn’t so! Well, despite your fear you really rocked these challenges!
Great card Narelle! Love all the different DSP! You always pair different DSP so well. Love the flower. Great colouring and fussy cutting! Fantastic card all round!
Gorgeous card! You did a good job with these colours – I like how you’ve used the third colour sparingly. Really works!
GORGEOUS! I’m loving the crisp white with the minimal use of the other colours Narelle. You’ve aced this colour combo, scared or not..:0) xx
I’m not sure I believe you’re scared of colour challenges. It certainly doesn’t appear that way here. I love love love that you’ve only added minimal Melon Mambo – beautiful card (and great fussy cutting ). xox
Love your mix of bold DSP patterns with the delicate flower – which was fussy cut to perfection! You made the colour combo work beautifully for you! xxx
Just love this Narelle! Gorgeous mix of bold papers with the delicate flowers and so beautifully coloured too! I often look for sketches for the photo challenges 🙂 xx
What a brilliant mix of the two challenges!! Love the design and all those layers, especially the blackberry colour in the stripes. Amazing card!
