I never thought I would be a leafy lover, but it turns out, ii adore leafy stamp sets. The set i have used is called the Cjhanging Leaves Stamp Set. My colour scheme came from the strip of DSP I added to the background. This Pool Party strip is from the Country Woods DSP pack. I then carried over the tones to my leaves, diecuts and sentiment.

Hey Everyone

There’s a new sketch for you to play along with over at Freshly Made Sketches. This week our sketch hostess is Jennifer Timko. She is the creator of all things elegant and all things gorgeous!

I tried a new colour combo – Blackberry Bliss, Pecan Pie and Crumb Cake. These leaves have been inked up in one of each colour. I am loving the detail in each of the leaves from the Changing Leaves Stamp Set. They’re also the perfect size to be the focal point on cards. I added a sentiment from the same set and inked it up in Blackberry Bliss Ink.
